Osborne King is the largest Northern-Irish based, independent, established firm of commercial property consultants. Osborne King's final auction of 2014 resulted in a total sales receipt of just over £3.7 million raised from the sale of 52 lots out of 53 offered, equating to a 98% success rate. 

Mark Carron who heads up Osborne King’s auction team commented: “Our policy of pricing properties properly and as competitively as possible is attracting purchasers along with the price certainty by publishing a maximum reserve figure. In this current market, prices are at a five-year low, which is great for cash-rich buyers and those investors who have finance in place especially since there are extremely attractive opportunities for capable purchasers. We envisage our first auction of 2015 will continue this encouraging momentum as we are already appraising properties. 

With eleven auctions in just over three years and an overall success rate of 93% raising just under £29 million we have demonstrated that our auctions are meeting clients' requirements even in the most challenging market in living memory”. Our next auction will take place on Friday 27th March 2015 at 11.00 am in the Holiday Inn, Ormeau Avenue, Belfast (closing date for entries Friday 13th February 2015) . 

ON THE AUCTION DAY PURCHASERS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: 

- Proof of Identity: Driving licence with photograph or valid passport 
- Proof of Address: Valid driving licence or current utility bill or current bank / building society statement 
- 10% deposit as per Terms & Conditions, subject to a minimum deposit of £5,000

Photocopies will be taken of these documents and will be retained to comply with Money Laundering Regulations.
