We sell more licensed trade properties and going concerns than anyone else in Northern Ireland and are experts in all aspects of lettings, sales, acquisitions and valuations. In addition we also specialise in rating advice and have recently been retained on behalf of the FRLT to negotiate on the industry's behalf ahead of the 2010 Revaluation.
We act for all the major lending institutions as well as being retained by various clients in the industry such as Beannchor Properties LLP, The Mooney Hotel Group, InBev and Diageo. Headed by John Martin who has over 30 years experience within the sector, we have been appointed as advisers to the UK's leading leisure operator, Whitbread plc since 2005 in it's extensive roll out programme of hotels across the province.
