OSBORNE KING ANNOUNCE A NUMBER OF STAFF PROMOTIONS

Gail Prentice-Jackson assumes the position of Associate Director within the company’s Property and Asset Management Department where she deals with all aspects of property management working to improve the performance of her clients’ property assets across a broad spectrum. She is also responsible for a large mixed- use portfolio of single and multi-tenanted properties including several regional shopping centres and retail parks. Gail joined the company in 2015 following the merger of Ardmore Commercial and Osborne King. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Chris Sweeney has also been promoted to the position of Associate Director within Osborne King’s general agency division. His principal role is negotiating the leasing and sale of property on behalf of new and retained clients focusing on the industrial and business space sector. Chris acts on behalf of a range of clients including insolvency practitioners, banks and private individuals providing disposal advice to maximise asset value. A graduate from Northumbria University, he joined Osborne King in 2005 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Michael Potter has been appointed Associate Director within the Osborne King’s Advisory division where he mainly carries out valuation reports for a range of clients and lending institutions and undertakes rent review/lease renewal negotiations for landlords and tenants. He is also assists the company’s asset recovery team. A graduate in Estate Management from the University of Ulster, he spent 11 years with Ardmore Commercial before joining Osborne King earlier this year. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a Registered Valuer.

Richard McCaig assumes the position of Associate Director within the transactional department of Osborne King where he is responsible for sales, lettings and acquisitions in the office sector. Richard acts for a range of public and private sector clients including Danske Bank, Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council and various private individuals.  He joined Osborne King in 2007 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Harry Crosby has been appointed Senior Surveyor within the Professional/Advisory Departments.  Harry specialises in providing valuation advice to a wide range of private and corporate properties for secured lending, accounting and strategic purposes as well as lease negotiation and rating consultancy.  He joined Osborne King in 2010 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Thomas Osborne has been promoted to the position of Senior Surveyor within Osborne King’s Licensed and Leisure & Auction divisions where he works on behalf of a wide range of clients primarily to acquire and dispose of assets throughout Northern Ireland. He is also experienced in selling agricultural and development land for corporate and private clients. A graduate from the University of Ulster, he joined Osborne King in 2011 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor.
