US TECH COMPANY UNOSQUARE MOVES INTO EUROPEAN HEADQUARTERS

Portland based Unosquare have acquired 11,000 sq ft of office space in Belfast city centre. The company, which also boasts offices in the US and Mexico, employs over 500 people globally.
Unosquare currently employ 50 people in Belfast and their move to Mays Chambers on May Street will allow them to grow their Belfast operation to 100 people by the end of 2019.
CEO Giancarlo Di Vece commented:-
“We have found incredibly talented and innovative individuals in Belfast, we continue to be committed to investing in the growth of our operations in Northern Ireland; through our new premises, the Mays Chambers building, we will double in size in the short term.”
The letting was delivered by Osborne King on behalf of landlords, Orby Investment. Richard McCaig from Osborne King said:-
“We are delighted to have secured Unosquare as a tenant for Mays Chambers and it’s fantastic to see their continued expansion in Belfast.”
Orby Investment are in the process of developing Erskine House, a c. 100,000 sq ft office development on Belfast’s Chichester Street which will be occupied by HMRC on completion.
