SUBWAY TO OPEN FIRST DRIVE-THRU IN NORTHERN IRELAND
March 2018Sandwich chain Subway is to open a new 2,000 sq ft drive-thru restaurant on Boucher Road. The purpose -built unit is situated on the existing KFC site, which is owned by local property company Kirk Bryson and Co Ltd , and is expected to be completed and open by summer 2018.
Not a title that propositions one of the largest high street retailers, as Next was one of the stronger performers of 2017, but a question for anyone with an interest in the retail sector.
2020 RATES REVALUATION IS ON THE WAY SO BE PREPARED!
March 2018The 2015 revaluation, which took effect on 1st April 2015 albeit based on property valuations as at 1st April 2013, has only been dealt with, in part, by the licensed sector. The new 2020 valuation will be benchmarked to 1st April 2018 and will form the basis of rates bills from 1st April 2020.

February 2018Long-established Northern Irish firm, McKeowns Solicitors, is expanding and re-locating by taking office space in Law Society House on Belfast’s Victoria Street. The firm previously based in Newry has acquired 3,500 sq foot of high spec office space according to letting agents, Osborne King.
